Approved by an overwhelming majority of voters in Ketchum and Sun Valley (75% in Ketchum, 85% in Sun Valley), the LOT for Housing and Air initiative has a five year term in both cities and won't be back on the ballot again until 2028. Voters in Hailey also approved the initiative with a strong majority (85%), but in Hailey, the measure extends use of LOT funds for Housing and Air until 2050.
